you can download ultravpn (just register for a username on the related website). The server of ultravpn is in France, so it will give you a French IP.

For those who can’t watch it, the end of the documentary deals with a girl who is water intolerant!
once you are connected via a VPN, you just browse the web as usual. But your IP will be automatically mapped to a foreign address so that the website will consider you as watching its content in France.
