He Pingping, the world’s smallest man who stood just over two feet five inches tall, has died at the age of 21.
Mr He, who was 29 inches tall (74.61cm), suffered chest pains while taking part in a television show in Rome. He was taken to hospital but died on Saturday from what is believed to be heart complications.
Aww. 
Seemed he lived a pretty full life.
He went around perving up women’s dresses, smoking cigars and riding around peoples ankles on motorbikes.
Pretty sure a guy that size could get away with anything he wanted.
That’s very sad…to be that different,AND have a very short life.

He is said to have been a primordial dwarf, and PDs have health risks such as the risk of brain aneurysms. For example, one family had two PDs, around 3’4” to 3’6” or so, Kevin and Kristen Riley. Kevin was a fun-loving guy in his twenties—but one day his family found him dead
just outside his house, an artery in his brain had burst. Some PDs
have had surgery to reduce or eliminate the risk. The “smallest bodybuilder”, 33 inch tall, 21-pound Romeo Dev, was to have surgery.
Nelson de la Rosa, the 28” PD who hung around with Pedro Martinez (then with the Red Sox) for a time, also died young.
But I think He Pingping had some sort of heart problem.
There are some dwarves who may be smaller but Guinness Book of Records has not of yet to fully confirm their status. Down in India or Pakistan there’s someone named Khagendra who is about 18 or 19
and only about 23 inches tall

The whole world would become your playground at that size.
Playground.. obstacle course.. death trap. All fun.
He was playing with a cat in one clip I saw, pretty sure that would be like wrestling a lion.
Physics fail. That could never be a properly scaled down version of a real working car.
I think riding the cat around would be more fun than the car.
