Offset banner

The top banner that says “heightgroup” and gives the menu is too far to the right on my display, and most of it is cut off. There is no left-right scroll bar to make it visible. The only way I can see it is if I zoom to 50%.

I’m using IE 7. Can you change the web page so it’s on the left? Apparently some others don’t have this problem.

Thanks.

Have you tried turning on the Compatibility Mode function on the site? There should be an icon resembling a torn page after your address bar, see if that helps. Unfortunately Internet Explorer is known for it’s terrible
support of web standards, although IE8 offers better compatibility.

I don‘t see any torn page icon. How do I display that?

I‘ve finally got a chance to run the site in IE7, and yes you were missing the bar at the top. I‘ve added a few little trick pieces of code so that the bar will display properly – this should fix the problems had by griff and heatofrxn.

If possible, I would recommend upgrading your browser to Internet Explorer 8, from a security point of view if nothing else. You might also want to consider Firefox, which is both fast and displays the site perfectly. The site has also been fully tested on Google‘s Chrome, Safari and mobile Safari.

Could there be an option to hide the banner? Its kinda…well….large.

I agree… the banner IS quite large and makes viewing some of the impressive photos challenging. I had to shrink down the display of the page in order to be able to view one of the photos in its entirety.
