Who has the smallest foot size and what is it?
US size 12 here,
about 11 inches, maybe a line or two under on the ruler 
I’m a 16 US now size and the other day I managed to squeeze into some old size 11 basketball sneakers from when I was like 15 LOL, extremely tight and and had to take out the laces XD or they simply wouldn’t fit 
wow thats pretty sweet lankyryan, mine are 12s, so thats almost like squeezing into them
My brother and I tried the same thing, me wearing his size 10s and him wearing my size 15s
Wow guys thats amazing, HG91, would have loved to seen a before and after pic of you both wearing each others shoes LOL. Amazed you could even get your feet into them.

lol and did you fit in them, because with me, they felt really tight and had to take them off after a min or two XD
Yeah, I fit in them, but they felt very tight. I couldn’t really walk in them though.
My foot is only 8 inches long…..actually almost a hair below the line…..

thats tiny my size 15 boot is 12.5 inches long and now thats small too tight for me,
