Fake users joining recently

Several of the newest users seem to be computer-generated. Their IDs are all in the form “first name – last name – number”, they’re all from Afghanistan, they’re all 3’3”, and their sayings seem to be catch phrases for a search engine to find – unrelated to height.
Admin, can you delete them? Thanks.

For anyone who has a stuck notification on any spam posts made by ‘rose4’, simply click the stop tracking topic button on any photo or topic affected, and then if you wish you can click to track it again.
