- You must be 13 years or over to register as a member of HeightGroup. By joining HeightGroup you verify that you are 13 years old or over, and confirm that you have entered your date of birth accurately and correctly.
- Whilst care is taken to maintain the privacy of your private messages and photos, HeightGroup will not be held responsible for any security breaches, and any losses/damages which may occur as a result.
- Posts made on HeightGroup.com are a permanent, public record. HeightGroup also actively seeks out and optimises content for search engine usage and caching. Once made, posts cannot be edited, ammended to, or deleted, apart from under extreme circumstance by the site Administrator.
- You are responsible and liable for anything you say, post or publish.
- HeightGroup is not responsible for any content posted by its members.
- HeightGroup reserves the right to delete or edit any content posted by its members without warning or explanation.
- HeightGroup reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member account without warning or explanation.
- You may not redistribute any content from the HeightGroup site.
- You cannot use HeightGroup for any illegal activities.
- You may not upload or store any image of any person under the age of 13 on the HeightGroup website.
- By uploading images to HeightGroup you claim the ownership, and/or appropriate copyright entitlement to do so.
- You may only create one profile on HeightGroup at any time. If you wish to create a new one, you must delete your current profile. Those found to have multiple profile may be suspended or deleted.
- Members found to have multiple profiles will be deleted.
- You agree that if you are banned or suspended from HeightGroup, that you will not attempt to rejoin, unless invited to do so by the the site owners.
- HeightGroup group owners may remove or ban any member from their group/event for any reason. By joining a group you agree to accept any actions made within the group/event by the group/event owner or admin.
- HeightGroup encourages and expects you to treat other members with respect.
